• Processed, Arranged, Described, and created EAD finding aids for collections in the

subject areas of Politics & Government and Recreation & Leisure

• Led a team to retroactively convert legacy finding aids into the EAD format

• Successfully maintained high-level patron services amidst an ongoing remodel

• Manage two part-time employees and supervise interns from various library schools

• Presented using primary sources lectures to school and community groups.

• Drafted, edited, and approved metadata standards for a new state-wide EAD aggregated

• Implemented DACS (Describing Archives: a Content Standard) recommendations
